Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide (Note carrier restrictions in your are)! Please note, Hosanna Revival is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. If your shipment is returned to us due to an unpaid customs invoice or incorrect address, shipping costs cannot be refunded. If your international order is lost in transit, Hosanna Revival will cover the cost of one additional shipment. If the order is lost more than once in transit, we will issue a refund of the order; you can then place a new order at any time. Please pay close attention to your tracking number and contact the shipping carrier if your shipment is on hold and awaiting a payment.
Please note: Once an international shipment has been marked as "delivered," we are no longer responsible for the particular package.
What carriers do you use?
We ship worldwide with FedEx and UPS You can estimate your shipping costs at checkout, these are calculated by the carriers & is based on where you are located. Please note, customs/taxes are not charged or collected by Hosanna Revival; these fees are calculated by the carriers or the country of the customer upon clearance.
