What are your hours of operation?
We operate 8:00am - 4:00pm ET Monday - Friday. We do not ship on the weekends or after normal business hours. If orders are placed after business hours, processing time will begin when we return to the office.
My order says it was delivered but I don't see it anywhere?
This happens from time to time--carriers like UPS or FedEx or USPS will mark a package as delivered prior to it actually being dropped off. We typically ask customers to wait 48 hours before reaching out, as most of the time their packages turn up in that timeframe. Other action steps that can be taken in the meantime--ask neighbors, check multiple entrances around your property, reach out to the carrier themselves and ask for details of the delivery.
My order has been stuck in transit, where is it?
Sadly once an order leaves our warehouse we have no control over the delivery process & we only have access to the same tracking as the customer, however if the package has not moved within a week please let us know & we can file a claim and reship your package.
Why hasn't my order shipped?
All orders are subject to 1-3 business days of processing time, during the holiday season our processing time can be up to 5 business days. For expedited processing time please select FedEx Express at checkout (this is still subject to processing time).
Once an order ships, you receive a tracking number over email. If for some reason you did not receive an email regarding your order, there might be a typo in your email address entered at checkout or the email went to your spam folder. You can always reach out to our support team for more details regarding your order!
